Tangible results
You leave with working prototypes, not just ideas on post-its.
Team alignment
Different departments collaborating towards a common goal.
What we need from you
Lead time
Minimum 4 months in advance to book. We need time to interview stakeholders, design the project, and prepare materials.
Group size
Minimum 10 people for effective team dynamics. No maximum: we scale the facilitator team according to your size.
Location
We travel to wherever you are. We just need stable WiFi and a space where teams can work comfortably.
Commitment
Access to stakeholders for prior interviews and willingness to implement results after the hackathon.
Frequently asked questions
What's the minimum number of people?
Minimum is 10 people to ensure effective team dynamics. No maximum—we simply add more guides (maximum 10:1 ratio).
Can you come to any location?
Yes, we travel to wherever you are. Whether your retreat is in the mountains, at the beach, or at your offices. We just need stable WiFi and a workspace.
What technical level do participants need?
None specific. We adapt tools to the group's level. We have tracks for technical and non-technical profiles working together.
What happens with ideas after the hackathon?
We document everything: code, processes, decisions. Ideas that aren't implemented remain in a prioritized backlog for the future. Nothing is lost.
How do you manage group dynamics?
We work with a partner specialized in team facilitation who designs the dynamics. We bring the technology and technical knowledge.
Is this only for tech companies?
No. We've worked with sales, HR, operations, marketing teams... Technology is the means, not the end. The goal is solving business problems.
